Portuguese backery with long history from the 19th century!
The Casa Mathilde was founded in 1850 in Sintra, Portugal 🇵🇹 by Mathilde Soares Ribeiro and was the preferred by the King 👑 and was selected to deliver backing delicacies to the royal court!
I just visited a modern but still traditional and delicious 😋 backery
Several Portuguese traditional pastry including the famous “pastel de natas”
And this is prefered sweet loved by the King: “queijadinha” adapted to the 21st century in its gluten and diary free version!
