Hot water beach is the name of the beach and indeed the north island. You can Google it, it's quite famous. It's located here: https://goo.gl/maps/2XUni9Caz6w
Ah thought so.. exactly where I thought. My best mate will be there next week. She's married to a kiwi and is taking her Aussie folks there to show them.. wish I could go with her!!!
