Last week I was on a road trip with a good friend of mine. We started from Vienna and slept our first night in the car next to the river Tagliamento near Gemona. The river was very refreshing and on the evening we saw a lot of shooting stars. On the next day we drove to Ravenna and made a walk through the center. Afterwards we wanted to take a bath in the Adria, but it was absolutely overcrowded, so we decided to stay in Ravenna. On the following day we visited San Marino and Bologna and reached the lake Garda in the evening. After we slept on a camping place next to the lake we visited Lazise and Verona. Since the lake Garda was also absolutely overcrowded we decided to find another lake, which was the Molveno lake, where we could finally relax again and enjoy the beautiful nature. On the last 2 days we visited Bolzano and Merano and then slept in Tyrol and drove home via the small german corner. This was definitely a quite unusual trip for me, since I am normally not so interested in cities. All those cities had quite a beautiful city center, but in the end everything looked very similar. We both came to the conclusion that it is way more relaxing and enjoyable to be somewhere in the nature ;)
Letzte Woche war ich auf einem road trip mit einem guten Freund von mir. Wir sind in Wien los gestartet und schliefen die erste Nacht im Auto neben dem Fluss Tagliamento nahe Gemona. Der Fluss war sehr erfrischend und am Abend sahen wir viele Sternschnuppen. Am nächsten Tag fuhren wir nach Ravenna und machten einen Spaziergang im Zentrum. Danach wollten wir in der Adria baden, aber es war total überlaufen, also haben wir uns entschieden in Ravenna zu bleiben. Am Tag darauf besuchten wir San Marino und Bologna und erreichten am Abend den Gardasee. Nachdem wir auf einem Campingplatz neben dem See übernachteten, besuchten wir Lazise und Verona. Da der Gardasee auch absolut überlaufen war haben wir uns entschieden einen anderen See zu finden, welcher der See Molveno war. Wo wir endlich wieder entspannen konnten und die schöne Natur genießen. An den letzten 2 Tagen besuchten wir Bozen und Meran und schliefen in Tirol um dann über das kleine deutsche Eck heim zu fahren. Das war definitiv ein recht ungewöhnlicher Ausflug für mich, da ich normal nicht so an Städten interessiert bin. All diese Städte haben ein recht schönes Stadtzentrum, aber im Endeffekt haben sie dann doch alle recht ähnlich ausgeschaut. Wir sind beide zu dem Schluss gekommen, dass es wesentlich entspannter und erfreulicher ist irgendwo in der Natur zu sein ;)

Wir waren dort extra um 8 Uhr in der Früh, da war noch kaum was los.
Untertags war eh alles komplett überlaufen^^

yeah Italy is really beautiful, but a bit overcrowded in the summer...

es ist nicht 1 Städtchen, sondern 7... In den meisten war es halbwegs ruhig, aber ich hab die Fotos auch versucht so zu machen das keine Leute drauf sind :)
