Nice, how long have you been traveling and did you settle down back in your prior home town after that? We‘d also love to try some Woofing/Workaway, I love the idea to save some money while gaining valuable experiences in a field of your interest, e.g. permaculture. Since traveling can also be a journey of learning new stuff, right from the source.
Travelled for a little over a year in total. Yeah, we settled back in our home town after that. But have to say, that now - after two years back - thinking about moving for good to another country or at least for a few years but at a steady place without moving around too much.
That sounds great! Do you already have a dream location in mind? I can imagine that traveling from one country to the next in quite a speed can become tiring after a while. It is such a different experience to stay in one town for a longer period of time, to make friends, get to know the area and really take in the atmosphere there. You can then learn so much more about this place and the people‘s culture in that way. Therefore we try to travel very slowly - still a work in progress, since another part of us wants to explore as much as possible in the world 😄

I have no perfect dream location. I have to say I really like southeast asia and Bali for it's perfect weather, great vegan foods and the waves but it's also very dirty and loud. Australia has also it's benefits, cities like Noosa for example. But would also be hard to be so far away from europe forever. Tending more to a place within spain or south france I think.
Bali is still a place a haven‘t explored yet, but so many people are crazy about it - I am excited to see what the hype is all about 😁 Noosa is magical, right? I would also strive for a ocean town, always in reach of great waves. Europe definitely has its charme, such an easy access to many other different countries, so that traveling now and then could be right on your doorstep. Soooo many great places to choose from...🤗
