I'm Vietnamese, born in Lao and I grew up in New Caledonia since I was 2 years old. My relatives, mother side, are still in NC. So I consider NC home.

You should! it's close to Oz.
I met an Aussie couple who goes there every year, that year they took the plane to NC and took the cruise back to Oz cuz on the way back it stops to the Isle of Pines.
