Ridge Uzun-Sirt or Klementev mountain is located in 13km from Feodosia, in the north of Koktebel. The long Range (as translated name of the mountain with the Turkish) stretches for 8 km from north of Koktebel, and the highest point is 268 m. The mountain has unique aerodynamic properties -. On it at the northern and southern winds are formed upward in the air flow, and thusnon-powered aircrafts can soar for a long-term time over the mountain. From 1923 to 1977, there was a Flight Glider School (VLPSH), which was later reorganized into the "Koktebel" Center of gliding from 1977 to 1992.

In 1924, Uzun-Sirt became known as Mount Klementeva - during his 23th flight Peter Klement'ev crashed here .

Half a century after on September 9, 1973 at the forefront of the mountain there was set Klementev winged monument. Seven-meter pedestal, studded silver duralumin, was crowned all-metal glider record A-13. It was a kind gift Antonovites favorite Mountain.
