Travelling the USA west coast Part 3: Leaving the Giants the coastal highway 1 (bilingual English/German)
Highway 1
This is the third part of my series about my roundtrips on the USA west coast. So long we have visited San Francisco and the redwoods. Now I will take you to a trip along the coast. Go south on 101 south up to Leggett and take Highway 1 this will bring you to the coast. Dies ist der dritte Teil meines Reiseberichts über meine Rundreisen an der Westküste der USA. Bis jetzt haben wir San Francisco und die Redwoods besucht. Jetzt werde ich euch auf eine Reise entlang der Küste mitnehmen. Wenn man die 101 nach Süden nimmt und in Leggett und auf den Highway 1 abbiegt führt einen dieser direkt zur Küste.
The shot was taken at the moring in the Redwoods before taking off to San Francisco. Das Bild habe ich am Morgen in den Redwoods bevor wir nach San Francisco aufgebrochen sind aufgenommen.
Watch for Trucks!!!/ Achten Sie auf Lastwagen!!!
Although the coast only 15 miles away it will take a little time to get there. Thanks to the curvy and narrow road and a lot of trucks. But after a 30-45 minutes’ ride through the woods you will reach the coast and the first sight is breathtaking. Obwohl die Küste nur 15 Meilen entfernt ist dauert es ein wenig dort hin zu gelangen. Dank der engen und kurvigen Straße dauert die Fahrt durch den Wald ca. 30-45 Minuten. Dann aber erreicht man die Küste und der erste Blick ist atemberaubend.
The Coast/ Die Küste
As I said before the view is breathtaking when leaving the woods. Along the road there are so much spots for awesome pictures to take. Wie gesagt ist der Blick atemberaubend sobald man den Wald verlassen hat. Auf der Route befinden sich zahlreiche Plätze um fantastische Bilder zu machen
The coastal road is very curvy for American conditions. But there is not much traffic mostly tourists Die Küstenstraße ist für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr kurvig. Aber bis auf die Touristen gibt es kaum Verkehr

I think the pictures need no description. Ich glaube die Bilder brauchen keine Beschreibung.
