Trip in Bohinj lake Slovenia!!!

I would show you another trip . Approximately 80 km from Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia.
I caught the bus and spend one day in a very attractive location. Situated in Triglav national park surrounded by Alps, this lake is not far from the Austrian and Italian boarder.

You can see in the last picture me in Bohinj lake. The biggest permanent one in Slovenia, it fills a tectonically induced basin which was shaped by Bohinj glacier.

I travelled around the lake by bike and I saw everywhere the water very clean and transparent below some picture to show you

It is attractive isn't it ??

The lake's main tributary is river the Savica. It collects the Triglav Lakes Valley. Above the north shore of Bohinj lake I was not allowed to go by bike. It is told that appears The Govic Waterfall only after continuous rainfall when the water fills its underground pit.

In addition it is told that the lake Bohinj changes the water three times per year. Of course my trip was during summer season. As often happen I found a beautiful weather.
