Blue Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India...
Well, in the previous post I omitted any blue images of Jodhpur, so here goes, to make amends:
Some say it became blue because blue is the sacred colour of the Brahmin.
Apparently blue reflects a lot of the heat and it can get pretty hot out here...
Limestone is common round here and when mixed with copper sulphate and water what do you get but BLUE.
Blue seems to be a soothing colour. FaceBook is pretty blue.
Anyhow its a great city and well worth a visit.

Blimey Peter, that 2nd one on max. resolution is breath-taking (the scale of it all) and the 5th one is amazing yet makes you feel like it must have been colour-enhanced (but I know it isn't tho lol).
