The central petal of the building is an outdoor heated pool. Its length is 86 m, the depth is 1.5-2.5 m.

On the field next to the hotel will be built a wine-tasting complex, which includes a winery, a sommelier school, a winemaking school, a wine restaurant, a cheese factory.
The Mriya Resort & Spa Medical Center operates under the patronage of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency of Russia, which officially oversaw the preparation of the Russian Olympic team for the Sochi Olympics.
