Snorkelling in Antarctica is one of the craziest things I've done I think. You have to wear thermal underwear, a fleecy tracksuit and then a dry suit over the top of all that. Even with all that on, you only get about 30-40 minutes in the water before hypothermia becomes a real risk. The water clarity is just incredible though!
