Reservation can be canceled free of charge when airline changes the schedule
I planned to travel to Vietnam during the holiday season.
However, due to the schedule change, I had to contact the customer center.
Fortunately, I was able to cancel my ticket for free.
Unfortunately, cancellation via phone is not possible.
You must email your cancellation application form.
Go to Vietnam Airlines homepage, you can get cancellation application form.
You can download the cancellation application form using this link.
The cancellation form should include the ticket number, name, and travel information, as well as the card information.
Of course, you do not have to write down all your card numbers.
Only the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits are required.
In my case, I wrote down the reasons for cancellation as 'flight schedule change'.
If you send this document to [email protected], they will reply it.
The cancellation information comes.
If you reply to this email that there is no problem with the cancellation information, the cancellation process will proceed.
It took about two weeks to get a credit card refund.
