Friends Journey Rohtas Fort Travel

Rohtas Fort is one of the most famous fort in Pakistan and areawise this fort is the biggest fort which is inside Pakistan located at Dina city of Punjab province.

This is the just outside of the Rohtas Fort and you can read all his history in both english and urdu languages too.

This fort is very high from the ground and road level which you can see in the pictures too. You can see the whole city view from the sky view direction looks like drone but the purpose of this fort to build was to keep eyes on the enemies.

This is Rani Mahal means Queen Palace where Rani came and spend time here but with the time and due to non maintenance this Rani Mahal is destroying with every passing day. I don't know why the government not to take any action against such destruction.

You can easily judge the height and his surrounding on this picture that how this fort is strong build and after more than 400 years it's still stand strongly.

This is the arch in one of the temple in the fort and for better view of height you can see the car behind me.

This is one of the famous temple inside the fort and you can see the railing of the stairs which is so dangerous that more than 50 steps you can just find simple railing on one side and on the other side is totally empty and life risky.

You can see the hole in these pictures what you think it's just a hole. No dear it's the death sentence place. All those who found guilty in any crime or captured enemies was hanged from above the hole till they take last breath and then put down in the big room in which this hole dig.

What you think it's just stairs no man it's totally the art of civil engineering. These are atleast 150 large steps and then you can find well in which water is also present today too and in between these stairs different caves you can find where in the hot weather king queen and others went to preserve from heat.
