I don't think it was an honest mistake...it is deliberate i think. When you didn't tell her how much she short changed you with, how come she knew she was supposed to give you 50pesos back? It is everywhere. They pry on unsuspecting people. She probably felt you would zoom off, with no chance of checking until later. Imagine she taking this token from like 100 cars? Exactly. That's huge. Some might still fall victim of this. Too bad.
