sate recipe of Aceh(food)
Ingredients****bold
4 servings
500 gr of diced beef
200 gr peanut (fried and then crude)
brown sugar to taste (I use 3 tbsp)
taste juicy tamarind water
150 ml of coconut milk
taste sweet soy sauce
to taste salt
ground spices:
6 cloves of red onion
4 cloves garlic
6 pieces of red curly pink
4 candlenuts
5 pieces of chili pepper (if not want spicy skip aja)
1 tbsp coriander
stirring material:
2 cloves of red onion
2 sprigs of lemongrass geprek
2 bay leaves
3 cm ginger geprek
Step
60 minutes
Mix the meat with a fine spice let stand for a moment so that the seasoning permeates
Saute stir-fry ingredients with cooking oil
Once fragrant enter the seasoned meat add salt cook until the meat is half tender
Add coconut milk, beans, sweet soy sauce and brown sugar
Finally enter the acid water of Java .. a godok ala Aceh ready ready .....
