In this post I want to talk about supermarkets. Typically, supermarkets in Japan operate from around 11.00-24.00, but there is one supermarket in Osaka that is open 24 hours - Tamade. There are about 54 branches.

The outside of the store has colorful LED lighting with a yellow background that says Tamade Supermarket. The first time I saw it, it looked like a pachinko parlor. lol 😂

Inside of the store there are various goods such as fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, beverages, ingredients, etc., the as same as any supermarket but cheaper than other stores. Furthermore, from 7 o'clock everyday some food is discounted about 30-50%. My advice is, if you buy some food there you should eat it immediately because their food has limited expiration dates. This store is the best choice for tourists who want to save money when traveling in Japan.
