It was in the parking lot... I think it fell out of its nest, which was in a lamp post so I couldn't help it get back in. I saw parents returning to the nest over the few hours I was parked near it so, I was hoping that after I moved my car the parents would see the baby and help, it was still chirping when things came near so maybe it could get their attention? I dripped some water into it's mouth (it was a very very hot day) hoping that that would prolong its energy enough for the parents to find it. I do not really know that much about birds though!
