Welcome to my First blog about Traveling!! Im going to share my experience, Pictures, how we got there and some trivias I got when we were at Temple of Leah :) Keep Scrolling!!

We went to Cebu last month and that was on September 27, 2017. We stayed at Cebu for 3 nights and 3 days. We arrived at Mactan Cebu International Airport at like 7 in the evening and Departed from Cebu on October 1, 2017 at 5 in the morning. We went to many beautiful places but for this blog I will be sharing about a very beautiful temple named Temple of Leah.

On our second day in Cebu we first went to the Temple of Leah and I found out that this Temple is related to one of them famous Filipino Artist/Actress named Ellen Adarna. Because I was really curious I even searched it and found a Picture of Ellen Adarna with her mother in front of the Statue of Leah. Look at the photo below!

Brief History of the Temple of Leah

Temple is Leah was build way back year 2012. It was build as a symbol of Teodorico Soriano Adarna undying  and  ceaseless love and devotion to his Wife named Leah Villa Albino-Adarna that is why it is called Temple of Leah. As I said a while ago that the Famous Filipina Artist/Actress named Ellen Adarna is related to the Temple of Leah because Leah is Ellen's grandmother.

One Trivia is that inside the temple of Leah there is a Family Tree of the Adrana's so that  any Adarna can see or know where he or she came from or they could start tracing his or her roots. 

How to get to the Temple of Leah

We got to the Temple of Leah by Van, we actually rented a Van for 3 days exactly as how many days we will be staying at Cebu. So I asked my friend that lives in Cebu and she said that one can go to the temple of Leah from the City proper by riding a Taxi Cab and the price range will be from 250 pesos tp 350 pesos.

As you can see, the temple doesn't have any entrance fees but starting on October 3, 2015 they decided to take Entrance Fees to help Temple of Leah decay which means to provide money to pay the temples expenses.

In the photo above, The Entrance fee is 50 pesos per head and Senior Citizens and Children below 10 years old can enter the Temple for free.
