Thank you so much! I hope you will get more interesting or useful information from my posts, especially if you're planning to visit Koh Phangan, which I highly recommend.
I followed you! :)
I hope you will get a chance to visit Thailand soon! You can find very affordable places to stay and food is not expensive at all, especially on a small, beautiful island like Koh Phangan. And with a scooter you can drive around and visit the entire island. I guess the airplane ticket is the biggest cost.
I know I love watching travel docs about Thailand I love their food too. What was the cost for the hotels or places you stayed at? If you don't mind me asking.
We are renting a house, the cost is 16000 Baht for one month, we have a bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen with everything we need, internet as well... We were looking around the other houses, you can find them even cheaper, for 12000 Baht per month (this is for Koh Phangan).
At Koh Samui we were staying 2 nights at Palm Island Hotel & Resort and we payed 1800 Baht per night for a Garden view room.
Depending on your budget and how long you're staying, you can find a really cheap hostel or luxury place and everything in between. :)
