Well done for completing that one! It looks like a bit of a trial rather than a trail. Though there are 2 or 3 photographic gems.
I've had the experience of lifting dogs over stiles – not an easy task with big dogs. I've seen dog-friendly stiles that have little dog flaps at the bottom.
Some of them did have those holes I would say at the bottom and he wriggled through, but some were so overgrown he couldn't do it. We are wary about taking him now on further walks.
