Thank you for this post, it inspired me to travel there. It might actually be a part of my next trip. How can I get there from, say, Indonesia? Are there ferries or something?
@nameless-berk you are very welcome! So happy to inspire you to see if for yourself, that's the main reason why I'm writing about these countries.
Going to Timor-Leste from Indonesia is easiest by plane. You would have to be in the very southern part of Indonesia to take a ferry or it would be time consuming. The fares are very affordable!
