This is way cool! You found paradise as a hostile! I haven't stayed in hostiles before, but that one you described sounded pretty bad. Japan is definitely on my bucket list. Would love to visit some day. Okinawa looks awesome. I did live in the Philippines for 2 years, but it wasn't for vacation or site seeing or anything like that.
