I'm sure everybody can tell their own stories about travel plan disruption, flight cancellations and related discomforts.
What happened to me in Heathrow this weekend was my first major disruption during traveling. My experience could pale if compared to some other readers' stories but what I'm going to focus on is a story of complete unpreparedness to exceptions management by one of the biggest airlines out there.
