All of the falls that we have been ro so far have required that we climb many steps. Very very steep steps! One we are going to has 3003 steps.

I actually prefer the adventures that require a hike as it is good for our health and it means not everyone will put forth the effort to see.

We had already spend the afternoon climbing at another location and it was kind of a relief for these Falls that you can see them from the spot your parked your vehicle.

I made a very short video of the “Gaga” Falls

“Gaga” in the local dialect means young maiden. Here she is along with some friendly local swimmers.

The sound of the falls is pretty loud and was intimidating to the baby we had with us. I got our son to pose for a selfie with me, along with the falls in the background.

Here are a few more photos taken while here. I was surprised that the kids were still awake after all of the other adventures we had been on that day. As soon as we left, they were all asleep. The falls were very difficult to find. We had used a GPS that took us down the wrong road and we had stopped and asked some locals that sent us in the wrong direction. But, as you can see, we did eventually locate the falls. Still preparing for the 3003 steps!

I didn’t find much online information on these Falls. The falls are only about 5 kilometers outside of the city of Calamba Misamis Occidental Philippines. I estimate the falls to be 40 meters high.
