On a motorbike in Vietnam
Moto Vietnam
It is the cheapest and fastest way of transport in cities, but also in villages.
I was in shock how many motors are driving here. After a few days, you get used to it.
Here I was panicking how to cross road = D
Motorbikes belong inherently to life here.
People are used to transporting big things like fridge, mattresses, animals, many children... If reads this post someone from Vietnam, can explain it to me. = D
How can you do it? Incredible! Hats off to Vietnamese people.
There is still a traffic jam, but people are not evil or angry. It's a daily routine for them.
Scooters and motorcycles can be bought, borrowed or ride as a passenger.
When you leave the city you will be in another world. On the road there are stalls selling various dishes.
You can find shells, fruits or even snakes and turtles. ( to eat of course, more in the next post)
Along the road are a lot of smells, dirt, dusts, smog, ... you should be ready.
I look like a bandit, but it doesn't matter, it's important to be okay. =)
This type of coconut is found everywhere along the road ( village direction ) tastes like a lichi. It's a great cooling snack with ice.
You can also relax at the road.
Most of the relaxing places offer hammocks and coffee.
The best coffee with an unbeatable taste I had on the Vietnamese highway. = D
♥ cà phê đá ♥ Coffee with ice
My Vietnamese friend prepared a great omelet. Yes it was on the highway....
For me, the motorbike is freedom of movement and adventure outside the hiking trails.
Thanks for reading
