Well, we are lucky enough to have joined Slidefest events here in the Philippines. The first ever slip-and-slide water event in our country.

I found this event on facebook. I think one of my friend post it. And I got interested to it, the event looks fun you can enjoy it with your family or friends. It sounds interesting so I invited my two friends to joined me in this exciting event.

They offered different kind of sliders. Wave Sliders - you can slide within 2hrs, Block Sliders - you can slide within 4hrs, ALL-DAY Sliders - you can slide within 12hrs. Of course, this is a once in a lifetime experience so better choose the best out of it. We got the ALL-DAY Sliders so we have a lot of freebies, a pair of cool glasses, NIVEA lip balm, NIVEA sunblock, NIVEA beach ball, SLIDEFEST tshirt and with an express lane as a VIP Slider when you want to slide to a 1,000 feet long again and again. Also we have a lot of time to get some rest, talk to one another, take some selfies.

So when the day comes, we're very excited and look forward to the event. And all we have to do is to enjoy and have fun with all the activities that they will offer.

We have a hard time finding that place. We got lost. But the good thing is that the organizer had this brilliant idea. They put a sign in every corner near of the event so we can find it easily. And that was so effective. We just followed all the signs. And as we approached we heard some music, we stare at one another and said, I think we found it. And we saw the biggest NIVEA balloon right there.

So The Fun and Party begin....

When you get there, it’s simple – you register then you can start sliding to a 1,000 feet long.

And as you slide for the first time, you can expect the fun under the sun as you slip through clouds of foam, you get the adrenaline rush and the kept heartbeat raising a bit higher as you approach the steep part of the slide but you'll be left craving for more after that first try.

It’s more than just a slide, It’s a festival! Apart from pretending to be a superwoman when you slide, there's a lot of activities going on, food, music, water balloons, water guns and more for everyone! Slidefest is a very cool party!
