Tagaytay Escapade
Last Tuesday at 1a.m. my family and I went to Tagaytay, Philippines. It took us roughly 6 hours from Baguio to Tagaytay. The place isn't that much different from our beloved city. It's windy, full of trees and there was heavy traffic. I guess it has something to do with the holiday vacation. On our first day there, December 26, the wind was sooooo strong (like seriously, a person who doesn't weigh as much could get blown by the wind).
We got there at 7:30a.m, which is too early because our check-in time in the resort is 2pm. We looked for a place where we can stay for a while and we decided to go to Picnic Grove. We were shocked with the condition of the park. We saw trash EVERYWHERE. We paid 50php (like $1) per person so we expected that the park would be clean and maintained, but NOOO. Anyway, we mostly stayed inside the van because of the strong wind and it was drizzling. After some time, it kinda stopped so we looked at the viewing deck and we saw the Taal Volcano.
Taal Volcano is known to be smallest active volcano in the world.
I didn't take any pictures of the said park because I was really disappointed. Anyways, that was our view of the Taal Volcano from Picnic Grove. 😚
