Gassho- zukuri Farmhouse

Illuminated event of the traditional Gassho-zukuri farmhouse in Shirakawa-go village in the mountain area of Gifu prefecture.It is very famous tourist destination that was declared as UNESCO world heritage site in 1995.Some of these houses were built more than 250 years ago.The shape of the steep thatched roofs are similar to the form of Buddhist praying.They put their hands ogether when they pray and this form is called Gassho in Japanese. And Zukuri means constructed.

기후현 산지 시라카와 고 마을의 전통 갓 쇼즈 쿠리 농가 조명 이벤트.1995 년에 유네스코 세계 문화 유산으로 지정된 매우 유명한 관광지입니다.이 집 중 일부는 250 년 이상 전에 지어졌습니다.
가파른 초가 지붕의 모양은 불교기도의 형태와 비슷하며기도 할 때 손을 모으고이 형태를 일본어로 갓쇼라고합니다. 그리고 Zukuri는 건설을 의미합니다.
