Thank you so much for bringing us with you on your travel @marcybetancourt! The carvings on the stones and pillars are really amazing, aren't they? Do you get to go up the Leaning Tower of Pisa? I have always been amazed with how the tower leans and wonder how it does that without falling over.
Hi. Yes you can climb in the Tower. Regarding the inclination I think we all wonder why it doesn't fall. There is actually some modern engineering that supports it
Ah did you climb the tower? Oo I just googled, it says it is because the center of gravity is carefully kept within its base. It was built on soft ground and in the early 90s, and then again in may 2008, they removed soil from underneath the raised end and stabilized it.
