Nice the rafting looks really fun! Also about Lord of the Rings and Hobbit they actually filmed Middle Earth there?

    Oh yes! And the inspiration for Mount Doom, that's in the North Island as well... I hiked up next to it 🙂 will be writing about that later in this blog series
