Traveling with me #16: La Tierra de los Siete Colores (Mauricio) - Seven Coloured Earths (Mauritius)

Volviendo a mi aventura en Isla Mauricio, uno de los sitios más maravillosos que mis pies han pisado, quiero compartir con vosotros un lugar que visité uno de los días allí, La Tierra de los Siete Colores.

Returning to my adventure in Mauritius, one of the most wonderful places that my feet have trod, I want to share with you a place that I visited one of the days there, Seven Coloured Earths.

La Tierra de los Siete Colores es un paisaje espectacular que se formó gracias a la combinación de la erosión, la lluvia y el clima de Isla Mauricio. Como podéis ver en las fotos, todos los colores están separados por capas, y es un lugar que no se puede pisar ya que es una de las zonas más turísticas de la isla y no quieren que se estropee.

Seven Coloured Earths is a spectacular landscape that was formed with the combination of erosion, rain and the climate of Mauritius. As you can see in the photos, all the colors are separated by layers, and it is a place that you can not step on as it is one of the most touristy areas of the island and do not want it to spoil.

Una de las cosas más llamativas y que nos comentaron en la excursión, es que si mezclas la tierra con los distintos colores, acaba separándose de nuevo en las siete capas distintas. En las fotos es bonito, pero es mucho más espectacular verlo en persona.

One of the most striking things and that told us in the tour, is that if you mix the earth with different colors, it ends up separating again in the seven different layers. In the photos it is nice, but it is much more spectacular to see it in person.

Casi acabo el post sin deciros lo más importante, si alguna vez vais a Mauricio, doy por descontado que visitaréis la Tierra de los Siete colores, así que no olvidéis visitarla al atardecer, porque es cuando los colores se ven más vivos y cuando más disfrutaréis de este paisaje tan peculiar.

Almost finished the post without telling you the most important, if you ever go to Mauritius, I take it for granted that you will visit Seven Coloured Earths, so do not forget to visit it at dusk, because it is when the colors look more alive and when you will most enjoy of this peculiar landscape.
