Did you know the only time the Romans were beaten on foreign soil was by the Scottish Highlanders. Apparently in those days the Scottish were like savaged warriors. So to stop them invading through the northern end of England. This is one of the reasons why Hadrian built Hadrians Wall to spilt the west and east coast of the land between Scotland and England.
