Chiang Mai.. the magic of the picturesque north of Thailand
Is a great city you can visit in Thailand, enjoying many of the attractions interesting, between the charming nature and cultural venues that make it a favorite with many especially since they are very suitable for families.
Depends Lantern Festival in Chiang Mai is more what distinguishes the city, in addition to the mountains, majestic temples and palaces and a number of old places, not to mention the markets cheap and the night and Ambrosia.
The most important tourist places in Chiang Mai in the temples of Wat Phrathat doi sotop which are located outside the city of Chiang Mai and on behalf of the legend of the white elephant, featuring on the walls, the Golden, the "Wat Chedi Luang" is the other of the oldest temples within the old city.

It's not fantasy land... It's real. Living Paradise, but only from Sky and with Great Photographer... Nowadays Chiang Mai is becoming 2nd Bangkok with pollution and dirt. There is not much left in Thailand anymore... Greed destroyed Nature for factories and condominiums so bastards can grease their pockets... So sad... :(

We were just visiting Chiang Mai for a few days after staying with the hilltribes outside the city. The Night Bazaar located in the center of the city was huge and interesting to visit. (Btw, your thailand tag might be written wrong, just in case you want to correct it).
