It is located in the Northern part of the country, Batanes group of island is what we called the New Zealand of the Philippines, it is very far from the mainland, it is impossible to travel here without a good plan. 2. Siargao Island, Surigao del Norte

Siargao is not all about surfing having a huge waves, this place offers a majestic scenery and a big range of natural beauty. Siargao has something sweet for Filipino and Foreign travelers, the most visited places here are the Daku Island, Guyam Island, Naked Island, Bucas Grande, Magpupungko Tide Pools, and Taktak Waterfalls.

3. Vigan, Ilocos Sur

6. Chocolate Hills and Tarsiers in Bohol

One of the most popular landmark in the Philippines, more thousands of hills spread in three municipalities in Bohol. It was called chocolate because during dry season the green grasses that covers the hill turns into brown making them look like a chocolate. Tarsiers in Bohol measure only 4 to 6 inches and it is considered as the world's smallest primate. The fact about Tarsier is they have the same ability with an Owl that can rotate its head up to 180 degrees in each direction.

The place where i belong, the Queen City of the South. From north to south of this place, Cebu has something to offer. The famous Sinulog Festival that happens every 3rd Sunday of January, the unlimited white sand beaches in Northern part of the island, the whale watching activity in Oslob, and also if you are a traveler that really likes mountain climbing, Osmena Peak is the best place for you.

8. El Nido, Palawan

One of the nicest place to relax, the enormous landscape and seascape will bring you to heaven. The main activities to do in El Nido are island hopping and scuba diving, the place is rich in marine life and the water is crystal-clear. In traveling to the main city, you can rent a motorbike in order to have time seeing and enjoying the beautiful place of El Nido.

9. Camiguin Island

Born of Fire, the island of Camiguin is the only island in the planet that has seven volcanoes. This is the second smallest island in the Philippines in both population and in area. One of the main event on here is the Lanzones Festival that happens every 3rd week of October. But beyond those volcanoes and festivals, Camiguin also offers the white sandbar , hot and cold springs, and also waterfalls. You can also have a free-diving in the infamous sunken cemetery.

10. Ifugao

The perfect place for sightseeing, on which you can find here the natural cultural treasure and considered by the Filipino as a member of "Eight Wonders of the World " , the famous Rice Terraces of Banaue. The Terraces was built 2000 years ago by the Ancestors. The Ifugaos dances during weddings, planting and harvest rituals, and funerals. The dance they do is full of symbols which reflects to their values and aspirations , civility and spirituality.
