You forgot to mention the V&A which is also free. In my personal opinion, that's the best museum in London. By the way, I don't believe the Houses of Parliament is free unless you are a local resident for which you have to apply through you local MP and that takes forever
@livinguktaiwan, thanks for the advice and correction. I should go there before Natural History Museum since both are nearby!
