Ha Nam is quite similar to Hanoi and some other northern provinces so you can go to Ha Nam at any time of the year. However, because most of the forms of tourism are outdoors, it is best to go in the fall (August to October). You can still go in summer or winter if you like, but it's pretty hot or cold.
If you are a festival lover and explore the cultural characteristics should go to Henan in January to March because this season there are many festivals such as Duy Hai village festival, gioi village festival, Duong Ho festival . This is also the peak tourist season, crowded and most active Ha Nam.
In fact, Ha Nam is not really well known on the map of Vietnam tourism but I still want to introduce you because this place is so beautiful! Beautiful from the natural beauty to the cultural values of the nation's history
