Travel with me#Lhasa Tibet 跟我去旅行之西藏拉萨

Lhasa is known as the "sunny city", the golden sun pouring down day after day, sometimes there is a hard shower at night, but it will naturally absorbed by the sunshine without leaving traces.
Lhasa is located in the plateau, it has blue sky such as the deep sea. It was already late winter when I was in Lhasa, but people get strong sun-warmed, and just also feel so lazy, don't want to think about anything, keep men away from the harsh realities of life. Time moves slowly like the sunlight.

拉萨又被誉为“日光城”，常年日光倾泻，即便是下雨也是夜里一场急雨，第二天看不到任何痕迹，照旧是万里晴空，拉萨地处高原，天空蓝的如深沉大海。
在拉萨的时候正值隆冬，但因着白天总是阳光普照，整个人都被烤的暖暖的，人也总是懒洋洋的，不愿思考，日长无事，但日日都是好日，时光就像日光一样一寸寸的缓慢挪动。

I often went to those old tea houses with friends, took some snacks there and ordered a pot of milk tea which costed ten yuan, we usually sat there whole afternoon, had delightful chats.
I liked to look around in Tibetan tea house, looked at those tibetans innocence smiling face, no matter the young people, the women, or the old men, they all have the smile which same as children's. There is always a kind of everlasting atmosphere, even those of us were infected. My friend said,"this is the reason why I stay in Lhasa. " We don't need to consider what is the meaning of being alive, and don't rely on desire to be alive, happiness is a so simple and a natural thing.

我常常买上些瓜子，约上朋友去拉萨的那些老茶馆，叫上一壶十块钱的奶茶，一坐就是一下午，放下手机简单的和同伴聊着，或者就是四处张望，看那些藏族人笑的一脸纯真，不论少年、妇人、或是老人都有孩童一样的笑容，总有一种天长地久的氛围，就连我们这些汉人都被感染，朋友说，这就是我留在拉萨的理由。人活着不需要有什么作为，不用欲望支撑，便能到如此简单快乐，真是已达佛境。

Some young Tibetan friends often travel to mainland China, they said that we chinese people are indifferent in the subway, never respond to other people's smiles, and the spiritual world is too small to rely on mobile phones.

遇到了两个患有抑郁症的朋友，其中一个一路从北京骑行到拉萨，每天身体透支，头脑已然忘记了思考，等骑到拉萨精神状态已经差不多都好了，在拉萨的时候又每天享受着阳光和简单生活，整个人都告别了往日的阴霾。
年轻的藏族朋友常去内陆旅游，说我们在地铁里是如何冷漠，从不回应微笑，精神世界匮乏到完全依赖于手机，机器交流已经多过言语。

写过的一首关于拉萨茶馆的小诗：
天光从苍穹透过屋顶照下来 照在一碗热气升腾的面上 过滤了生命中的沉重 人世的纷扰都被这诗经般天长地久的日子盖过去了
茶 酒 经文 老茶馆里的众生相全部都安稳静好 这是神赐的一天 人们醉倒在佛祖的慈悲里 ​​
