From the southern foot of the Himalayas to the roof of the world 从喜马拉雅山南麓到世界屋脊

On the first day of this year 2017, at 3:00am I started my trip overland to Tibet. I shared a jeep with other friends to get from Kathmandu to Tibet. That was one of my most amazing adventure trips in my life.

新年伊始的凌晨三点，我和三个同伴一起从加德满都拼车到西赞。因为路途有些许坎坷倒成了一次很难忘的经历。

As many people know, the road to Tibet is dreadful. The mountain roads bend treacherously. I was keeping vomiting twice. I felt so sorry for my friends next to me.

很多人都知道，从加都到拉萨沿途尽是高原山路，由于经常有暴雨雪侵蚀，泥石流和山体滑坡频发。从加都到拉萨那一段路程细雨不断，原本就是土路的路段变得更加泥泞，一路非常颠簸。我和同伴都非常疲惫，同伴都已入睡，我在晕车中难以入眠，最终以吐了两次为代价才成功进入睡眠，那也是我有史以来吐过最狼狈的一次，扒在车窗上吐，呕吐物随风和雨点一起打在了车身上，还有我的脸上。

I couldn't sleep at all, till dawn, when the first flush of dawn had shone and the mist disappeared and through the window I saw more than 7000meter high mountains were all gilded with brilliant golden light. I could hardly find the words to express how magnificent it is. All my body's uncomfortable feeling was suddenly gone. This is the energy of mother nature. I found my primeval fire of life again.

In our whole life, we try so hard find the meaning of life, we study, we work, we love, we marry, we do all same like what others do. What we do just for being interested in life. But when i travel, i can finally feel myself, and i know we alive just for see this beautiful world, to meet the beautiful parts of this world.

直到我感觉到晨曦照在我的眼皮上，感觉到许久未有的阳关的温度，我缓缓地睁开双眼看到我们的车辆艰难的在高山峻岭之间颠簸着，而下面就是深不见底的山谷。
待清晨的薄雾散去之后，几座七千米海拔以上的高山全部出现在眼前，日出之时的光线灿若流金，照在绵延高耸的喜马拉雅山脉，“日照金山”的震撼无以言表，我瞬间觉得身体和心理上所有的疲惫一扫而空，大自然这位母亲永远以无言的温柔抚慰着所有旅人。在旅途之中，我们才真正属于自然，是流动的客旅，而我们活着，就是为了遇见世间之美。

At 8:00am, we arrived at the Chinese border. It was heavy rain, no other jeep was waiting there to bring traveler to Lhasa. We asked a Nepali truck driver if he can bring us to a small city in Tibet, from there is easier to find a jeep.

But heavy rain caused landslides and parts of roads were broken. We had to wait on the road for 4 hours. Actually i loved that feeling, somehow exciting, felt like we are far away from the real world and wandered around.

第二天早上，我们终于入境中国，然而当时正值旅游淡季，旅游量非常的少，自然也没有接客司机，我们只能搭尼泊尔的大货车前往最近的一个小镇，吉隆。但又遇暴雨夹雪，公路塌方，我们只好又在路上等了四个小时。由于太累了，我们几个就蜷缩在货车里反复入睡又反复醒来，对尼泊尔司机来说对这样的等待似乎早已习以为常。

When we arrived in Jilong(吉隆) where is a small city near to the Nepali border, its already quite late night, we had to sleep one night there, and we were keeping asking about if there is a jeep next day going to Lhasa, but on the 5000meter high places ahead was heavy snow, cars were forbidden to go through, all the cars and buses were stopped ahead.

我们终于在当天抵达了吉隆镇，但得知当晚和第二天都没有车去拉萨，因为前方大雪，在5000多米海拔的地方已经封路了，连大巴都被滞留在公路上了。

After one day, we were keeping go on.
On the road to Lhasa, we saw many Tibetan prayers, they prayed and crawled along the mountains till to Lhasa, i was deeply touched by their belief and how they venerated and respected the natural world.
Tibetan people walk and kowtow till to Lhasa and Gang Rinpoche(the holy mountain for all the bhuddists), they don't care about the path how rugged. What they do all for purged sins and for the world peace. As someone said, "Climbing is the process of reduce desire."!

直到第三天我们终于又上路了，在国内藏区尝尝能见到藏族朝圣者，他们一路磕长头到拉萨和佛教徒圣山冈仁波齐。他们俯仰与天地之间，身体立直朝天地跪拜，许多藏族人倾其所有以完成毕生的志愿，一路长途跋涉到圣山冈仁波齐朝圣，而目的只是为了洗净生之罪恶。他们用最纯粹的心来面对内心的信仰!
