The Volga River/Река Волга

Hey guys!! It's been a while.... Season's greetings to everyone. I took some time off my busy schedule to write a little about this beautiful and historical river i once visited - Volga river

Volga river/Река Волга
This river is recorded to be the longest river in Europe... It stretches around central Russia, and we all know how big the Russian federation is(the largest country in the world by land mass).
The Volga river flows through various cities notably Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Yaroslavl, Kazan and so many more. I guess this explains why it's famously called the National River of Russia

Economically, this river has been very significant for decades. Goods are being transported domestically across Russia via this river.
In the city of Плёс. This river is soo cherished that they call it Mother Volga(Волго-матушка) being a centre of attraction and place tourists visit alot, it creates different jobs for the indigenes. boat cruise on the Volga river... It was fun
