I didn't think that ramen could be tasty in a mix of shrimp and pork tonkotsu. Also as a tourist I would have never guessed trying ramen in Taipei because I was taught that ramen was more of a Japanese dish than anything else.

Thanks for reading! Yes! Taiwan, surprisingly has a very large amount of Japanese restaurants at very high quality and even more affordable than what you could get in Japan.
