Purple Sand Beach 💜世界上唯一的紫色沙灘 🌊⛱️

Pacific Coast Highway between San Francisco and Los Angeles is one of America’s most popular and iconic route for road trip. It's a scenic route to numerous attractions along the coast, and Pfeiffer Beach is one of the popular attraction in Big Sur. What's make this beach so unique is its purple sand.

美國加州一號公路旅行是北美最受歡迎和標誌性的自駕路線。連接著舊金山和落杉機南部，沿途有不同的小鎮好景點，其中一個景點是世界唯一的紫色沙灘一帕非佛沙灘。

WHY IS THE SAND PURPLE AT PFEIFFER BEACH?

The purple hues are caused by manganese garnet particles in the sand. These minerals are washing down the hillside. The further north on the beach you go, the more purple it becomes.

紫色海灘形成的原因？

沙灘上紫色的沙子是由海岸上紫色礦物質山脈，逐漸破碎，剝落，沉積在海中，再逐漸堆積在這個海岸上。帕非佛海灘也因此成為世界上獨一無二的紫色海灘。

You will find a few stretches of purple, usually under running streams of water or around the rock.

你會發現海水浸過的沙灘上和岩石旁，會發現紫色更加明顯。

It's look like a regular beach if you didn't observe the sand carefully. The beach is really clean and has huge boulders off the shore to give you great photo.

其實沒有仔細的觀察，會誤以為這只是一個普通的沙灘，不過仔細一看，就會發現黃色的沙子裏混著班駁的紫色，很是特別。這些紫色石榴石礦脈其實非常的稀有，算是寶石的一種，所以也有人稱紫色沙灘為 「寶石沙灘」!

Although, the entire beach was not bright purple like I had hoped, I was still in love with the beauty of the tinted purple sand.I would recommend include Pfeiffer Park in your trip to witness this awesome miracle of nature if you are planning a trip to Big Sur along the Pacific Coast.

雖然整個沙灘並不是我想像中一整片都是紫色，不過我還是很驚嘆大自然的奧妙，很推薦去美國一號公路自駕遊的朋友，不防到訪這個世界唯一的紫色海灘。
