More impressions from Coricancha in Cusco, Peru
Hello friends,
Today I will share with you some more impressions from Coricancha, the famous Inca temple in Cusco, Peru. Coricancha was later converted into a christian church, the Church of Santo Domingo.
As you can see from the images, when Coricancha was converted into a church, it was adorned with some beautiful paintings, some of them quite large in size.
There was also a section with finely embroidered ecclesiastical garments.
And that's the end of today's post. I hope you liked it, and that you will follow me to the next one. Have a good day, and we will speak again soon!
P.S. All images are mine, unless otherwise stated.
