Day 6
Qui Nhon – Kon Tum
200 km
..after spending so many days by the sea, I decided to make a detour through Central Highlands before going to Hoi An, it was just extra 200 km.. and during the first one hundred, I thought that I had made a colossal mistake as the road went through endless villages and nothing really worth seeing, but then finally the scenery turned into green mountain slopes with coffee plants and passion fruit wines.. beautiful.. and all the simple dwellings by the side of the road with a million dollar view on the other side of the house..
..and then I arrived in Kon Tum.. a lovely little town, with traffic that seems civilized, with nice people, excellent avocado smoothies and French architecture..
