All My Friends Have Bands! (Daily Photo Series #26)

Steemians! Welcome to another daily dose of photos from my life. Today is themed, group photos with my friends that are in bands. Loads of great music links within as well!

Our first photo is from Budapest, Hungary. I was hanging out with my three good friends (from left to right) David, Pete, and Steven. David and Steven played in the band Gulfer and Pete played in Sport. We explored around town a bit before they played a show that night. The event they played was called Screamo is Not Dead Fest and it was super awesome. I went through 3 different countries to see these guys play. After this I was in the Czech Republic and then Germany and caught their shows in both places! Where is the furthest from home you've met up with friends??

Our second photo is from Bellingham, Washington. I am with Nick and Matt (left to right) from the band Dog Mountain. This photo was taken after a random bar show. At the time, I was staying with them (on their couch). Since then, I have gone on a west coast tour with them and they have released their first full length album. If you have friends that let you sleep on their couch and floor for extended periods, cherish them! They are truly angels among men.

Our last photo is from Springfield, Missouri. I was with two friends from the band Via Luna and we drove out from Kansas City to see our homies in Vasudeva play a show. They were on tour with Chon and Dance Gavin Dance. I actually got to see them multiple times on this tour. We saw them in Springfield, then in Lawrence, Kansas. At the end of their tour I wound up in southern California and saw them in Santa Ana. Always trying to live a tour life!
