Still from around of Malacca city, Kuala Lumpur. Not far from the tourist sites visited in the previous post, we also can visit some tourist sites around the square. There are also several historic tourist sites that are close to the location that we visited at the beginning. The location of this tour does not run with this location early. There is an old church relics of the Portuguese, Dutch and Spanish around this region.

Almost every day in this location is packed with visitors who come from various countries to see the sights that exist in this location. Most of the tourists who come from Asia in particular and Southeast Asia generally. This tourist site called A Famosa Fortress. The meaning of A Famosa is fame and this is a fort located not far from the square of Malacca town. This fort is a witness of one of the major wars in the city of Malacca.

From the story that I got by one of the guides or rowers pedicab, this fort has been protecting the city of Malacca more than 3 centuries and after the great war that happened, this castle leaves the remains of the building that still remains until now in Malacca City.

Today, A Famosa is becoming one of the most popular historical buildings in the city of Malacca. In this castle fortress has been decorated by beautiful gardens. For any friends who visit the city of Malacca do not forget to stop over to this tourist location.

Masih dari seputaran kota Malaka, Kuala Lumpur. Tak jauh dari lokasi wisata yang didatangi pada postingan sebelumnya, kita juga dapat mengunjungi beberapa lokasi wisata yang ada di sekitar alun-alun. Ada juga beberapa lokasi wisata bersejarah yang dekat dengan lokasi yang kita datangi di awal. Lokasi wisata ini tidak berjauhan dengan lokasi awal dan ada sebuah Gereja Tua peninggalan masa Portugis, Belanda dan Spanyol yang ada di sekitar wilayah ini.

Hampir setiap harinya lokasi ini dipadati oleh pengunjung yang datang dari berbagai negara untuk melihat-lihat pemandangan yang disini. Kebanyakan dari para turis yang datang berasal dari Asia khususnya dan Asia Tenggara umumnya. Lokasi wisata ini bernama A Famosa. Arti dari A Famosa ini yaitu kemasyuran dan ini merupakan sebuah benteng yang terletak tidak jauh dari alun-alun kota Malaka. Benteng ini merupakan saksi dari salah satu perang besar yang ada di kota Malaka.

Dari cerita yang saya dapatkan oleh salah satu guide atau pendayung becak wisata, benteng Ini sudah melindungi kota Malaka lebih dari 3 abad dan setelah perang besar yang terjadi, benteng ini menyisakan reruntuhan bangunan yang masih tersisa sampai sekarang di kota Malaka.

Saat ini A Famosa menjadi salah satu bangunan sejarah yang populer di kota Malaka. Di seputaran benteng ini sudah dihiasi oleh taman-taman yang cantik. Bagi sesiapa teman yang berkunjung ke Kota Malaka jangan lupa untuk singgah ke lokasi wisata ini.
