Trip to Elephant Rocks
Last Saturday, @johnbutler and I followed @jasonrussell and @melodyrussell to Elephant Rocks.
Here's @melodyrussell post about out trip. https://steemit.com/travel/@melodyrussell/exploring-the-missouri-ozarks-part-6-elephant-rocks-state-park check it out!
It was a long curvy drive there, but well worth it. The kids had a blast, even Kendrix after his shoes broke (one the first rock)
The kids, minus Jackson, at the peak.
Annabel and Kendrix acting all cool
At the edge of the park trail is thia old private railway station.
Annabel and Kendrix were tired of smiles so silly face instead.
Show me your muscles💪
Jackson was excited to stop for lunch. The others were to busy swinging to stop and eat.
Jack Jack's turn
Johnson Shut-ins in on the way home, so we all decided to stop by. The park was due to close in a hour so we couldn't stay long.
