New York is a city full of life. The mayor did a lot to clean it but there is still some work to be done. Here is the Chinatown as seen from the bridge. Some think this is art, other think this is liberty of expression, some think it is destruction… I will let you be the judge!
Hmm, I would definitely go with the latter unless the area was dedicated to it.
