Expensive resorts, travelling to far places, going to the northern or southern part of the city and spending a lot for unwinding is too mainstream nowadays. In today’s blog, I would like to share to you how I did spent my time for relaxation on a public beach in my city.  

Yes, you can reread that last sentence, and you read that right. I had a good time in this public beach at Marigondon, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines. 

 

 I paid the beach entrance for only 20 pesos. I was with my best friend and we brought foods and some good drinks. We enjoyed the sunlight at 3pm and the sunlight really painted us gold.  

 When it was going 4-5 pm we sat down as we enjoyed the beauty of sunset and t’s beautiful pastel skies. 

 

 It was an amazing day for me at the beach with my friend.  To relax and to have fun doesn’t require us to be in a fancy and expensive resorts. All you need is a good view and to be with good people and it’s where we can find happiness.
