Streets of Florence
We didn't have a sunny weather but the sun doesn't make much difference when you walk down the old Florence streets. The photos don't need many comments so I will let them speak for themselves.
There is a lot of renovations going on on many corners of the city. This is a good sign that shows the town cares about preserving the heritage and rich architecture.
The exterior is just as important that interior. This is what I like about the European architecture. Here in Canada, the focus is mainly on the interior and the buildings look dull and all the same.
Churches are specially decorated and shining in gold colors. I am not surprised why people were (and still are) drawn to them every Sunday. They look majestic.
Statues are found everywhere and are very popular amongst tourists. As you can see from my photos - I took a bunch of them. I was taking photos although I thought I will be the only one looking at them after years pass.
I showed many photographs today. Hopefully, you liked them.
Have a wonderful day :)
I can't help but marvel at how this architectural works of old are properly maintained and iconized into the brilliance of Italy.
I also noticed every inch of the church is filled with art
This is beauty, simply exquisite....
Culture and heritage immortalized in bricks
