Iligan Baslayan Creek Koi Park
We were supposed to spend time in a park but unfortunately upon arriving in town, all remittance center are already close at 5pm due to the declared martial law in our area.
Instead, we spent our time on this Koi park st the heart of the city in front of Gaisano Mall.
This creek is used to be so dirty with lots of garbage and waste are floating and even under the water. The waste had been there since I was kid. But after a two friends found that an ornamental fish can survive in the creek, they decided to clean it. According to them, they had gathered more or less 200 sacks of waste.
After a week of cleaning, this is the result. A nice looking Koi park.

napunta ako dyan sa iligan a long time ago.. d ko lang sure kung napuntahan ko ang lugar na iyan. I was toured by my friend in the park na meron foot massage or therapy na daan (dont know kung ano tawag). Nakapunta rin ako don sa may bilihan ng Mani (Chedengs) at Maria Cristina Falls.

Medyo matagal na. Masyadong marumi pa ang creek nato sa panahong yon.
